Refund Policy

Membership billing

BADLAMB memberships are billed through Paddle. Plan limits, renewal terms, and subscription status are managed through the billing flow shown at checkout.

Refund requests

If a paid membership was purchased by mistake or the product cannot be used as expected, contact BADLAMB support with the account email and Paddle receipt information.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds are processed back through Paddle to the original payment method.

Usage and limits

Refund eligibility may be affected when a membership has already been used for campaign generation, lead discovery, email drafting, exports, or approved sending.

Free trial access is not refundable because no payment is collected during the trial period.

Cancellation

Users can cancel an active membership to stop future renewal. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior charges unless a refund request is approved.
